• Private Transfers Only: We exclusively provide private transfers, ensuring your journey is not shared with other passengers.
• All-Inclusive Land Transfers: We manage all land transfers on both Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, ensuring your seamless arrival at hotels, villas, or Airbnbs.
• For Groups of 6 or More: Please inform us in advance about the number of suitcases you have. Our vans seat up to 10 passengers but lack a trunk, making it challenging to comfortably fit a large group with substantial luggage. You may need to book an extra van for your bags or split your group for the land journey. The choice is yours.
• Unmatched Safety: Safety is our priority. Our boats are equipped with life jackets, and our crew is exceptionally trained.
• Efficient Journey Times: The boat trip from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan takes about 20-25 minutes to Haad Rin/Ban Thai/Haadrin and 45-50 minutes to Thong Nai Pan Yai beach, varying with weather conditions and destination proximity. The land transfer from the airport to our local pier near Big Buddha is just 15 minutes.
• Personalized Airport Meet and Greet: Our driver will meet you at the designated airport meeting point, holding a sign with your name or chosen identifier.
• Airport Meeting Point Instructions: Be sure to head to the public meeting point at the airport, where you'll see many people holding signs for arriving guests. This area is distinct from the exclusive, 'inside' meeting spot reserved for luxury hotel pickups. Our drivers cannot access the more restricted area, so it's important to come all the way to the public meeting point for your pickup.
• Flight Tracking for Seamless Pickup: We keep track of your flight details, requiring notification only if there's a change in your flight schedule. Our primary communication is via WhatsApp for those without a local SIM card.
• Flexible Return Transfers: From Koh Phangan back to Koh Samui, we arrange pickups from your hotel approximately 3 to 2.5 hours before your domestic flight. If it's international, its better to book the earlier pick up time.
• Luggage Consideration: If carrying more than one large suitcase per person, please inform us in advance. An additional charge of 200 Baht per item applies.
• Advance Booking Process: Upon booking, we'll contact you for essential details like flight number, arrival time, and Koh Phangan hotel name. We send a confirmation email with a link for a 50% deposit payment online, with the remaining balance payable in cash during the tour or fully online.
• Night Fee Policy and Early Morning Transfers: The night fee applies to all flights landing at 17:30 or later. Additionally, transfers from Phangan hotels at 6:00 am or earlier are included in this policy.
• Cash Payment Assistance: If you arrive without cash for the remaining payment, no problem. Just let your manager or driver know, and he will swing to to the closest ATM without any additional charge.
• Child Car Seat Availability: Available upon request.
• Staying in Touch for Assistance: Upon arrival at Samui airport, the most convenient way to contact us is via WhatsApp, thanks to the free internet provided there. If you arrive in the evening, we'll give you the contact details of our duty manager for that day, who is fluent in English and available on the same WhatsApp number. Feel free to call or message them anytime if you have trouble locating our driver or have any questions about your transfer.
• Flight Delay Communication: If you can, please inform us about any flight delays, as it helps us coordinate better. However, don't worry too much, as we actively track your flight and will ensure we meet you upon your arrival, regardless of any delays.

Special Note for Distant Beaches: For hotels on remote beaches like Thong Nai Pan or Santhiya, we recommend a land transfer from Ban Thai pier to your hotel, which is more cost-effective than direct boat transfers to hotel beaches.

The important note. Please, read through it carefully: For your safety, especially during stormy or rainy seasons, rough weather conditions, or at night, we prioritize using two-engine speed boats over single-engine ones. These boats offer greater stability and reliability in challenging conditions such as heavy rain, big waves, or darkness.

We strongly recommend choosing a two-engine speed boat for these reasons. However, if you prefer a single-engine boat, please make your booking and wait for our confirmation. We will assess the conditions and confirm if it's safe to proceed. In case it's not advisable, you can either pay a small additional fee upon arrival to switch to a two-engine boat or cancel your booking for an immediate full refund. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
